Medical Director

Dr. Raymond P. Nicholl, brings in 45 year experience in Primary Care medical care. At one time, a board certified general surgeon for many years, he has enjoyed the family practice side of medicine because of the diversity of patient and clinical scenario they have. Dr. Nicholl received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio in 1974. He went on to do a residency in General Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Nicholl has broad experience in General Practice, Hematology, Surgery, and Pain management. He has completed several Certificate of Added Qualifications in these fields. Dr. Nicholl has trained and mentored numerous Medical Students, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioner during his career. Besides overseeing the daily operation and medical staff at Rapid Care Medical Group, Dr. Nicholl also serves as lead physician at Rainbow Rehab Injury Clinic. During his very little free time, Dr. Nicholl enjoys reading, watching movies, and walking his dog.

Mr. Gaimaro joined Rapid Care Medical Clinic in 2006. He joined Rapid Care because his mission and philosophy as a Physician Assistant is to serve that area of medicine that is in need of Primary Care providers. Joining a Group like Rapid-Care, gives the opportunity to serve the underserved and uninsured people of the Clark County community. Besides providing our patients with the highest quality evidence based medical care, Mr. Gaimaro provides patients with thorough education and knowledge of certain diseases and risk factors.
Mr. Gaimaro graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine Primary Care Physician Associate Program in 2006. He has a bachelors degree in Physician Assistant Studies, and is an active fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistant. Mr. Gaimaro has participated in research studies of ALLHAT that was focused on decreasing the incidence of heart attack and hypertension in the African American population. He joined Dr. Darren McDow M.D. and Cranford L. Scott M.D. to do an Internal Medicine internship during his P.A studies. Dr.Scott received numerous awards and recognition for his research participation and training of medical students and P.As.
