Image of P.A. Robert Gaimaro Raymond P. Nicholl M.D.

Dr. Nicholl was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Brush High School in 1965, and moved on to Bowling Green University in Ohio where he received a Bachelor’s degree in education in 1969, and a Masters degree in hematology in 1970. Dr. Nicholl then went to medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where he graduated in 1974. He then went on to undergo a general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic from 1974 to 1978. In 1981, Dr. Nicholl moved to Las Vegas and began his medical career as an emergency department physician at Sunrise Hospital. Dr. Nicholl has continued to provide medical care for the Las Vegas community since that time, and has worked at several reputable facilities here in southern Nevada such as Fremont Medical Center, Resort Medical Center, Hogan Clinic, On-call Medicine, Rainbow Injury Rehabilitation, Physicians to You, and Rapid Care Medical Clinic.

Mr. Gaimaro joined Rapid Care Medical Clinic in 2006. He joined Rapid Care because his mission and philosophy as a Physician Assistant is to serve that area of medicine that is in need of Primary Care providers. Joining a Group like Rapid-Care, gives the opportunity to serve the underserved and uninsured people of the Clark County community. Besides providing our patients with the highest quality evidence based medical care, Mr. Gaimaro provides patients with thorough education and knowledge of certain diseases and risk factors.
Mr. Gaimaro graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine Primary Care Physician Associate Program in 2006. He has a bachelors degree in Physician Assistant Studies, and is an active fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistant. Mr. Gaimaro has participated in research studies of ALLHAT that was focused on decreasing the incidence of heart attack and hypertension in the African American population. He joined Dr. Darren McDow M.D. and Cranford L. Scott M.D. to do an Internal Medicine internship during his P.A studies. Dr.Scott received numerous awards and recognition for his research participation and training of medical students and P.As.

Image of Bernadett L. Miller Bernadett L. Miller PA-C

Mrs. Miller graduated in the top of her class from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California Fall 2017 and successfully was certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She returned to Las Vegas Fall 2017 and joined Rapid Care Medical Clinic January 2018. She served the Las Vegas community as a paramedic on a 911 ambulance for 6 years prior to acquiring her Masters in Physician Assistant. She has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and maintains her certification with the National Registry Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic as well as with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and California Academy of Physician Assistants. With her extensive background in emergency medical services and her love of medicine, she is dedicated to providing patients with compassionate, evidence based medicine. In keeping with the mission of Loma Linda University, she focuses on the patient in their entirety and advocates lifestyle changes and the mitigation of risk factors to promote health and wholeness.
